Commercial Grounds Maintenance and Partnership Packages
A trusted extension of your management team

We understand that for Property Managers, Residents' Associations, and Business Owners, the grounds are more than just grass—they are a high-value asset and a primary point of liability.
As a local, owner-operated company, we take a personal interest in every site we maintain. Unlike national contractors, we are highly responsive and deeply invested in the East Sussex community. We don’t just "turn up and mow"; we act as your professional eyes on the ground, bridging the information gap between the site and the office.
Flexible maintenance tailored to your budget
Consistency is the key to both aesthetic excellence and budget control. We offer flexible scheduling to suit the specific needs and footfall of your property:
Weekly & Fortnightly Visits: Ideal for high-traffic commercial sites and premium residential blocks where a "pristine" look is essential year-round.
Monthly Maintenance: A cost-effective solution for lower-maintenance areas that still require professional oversight and safety checks.
Regular scheduled visits allow for better financial planning, ensuring there are no "hidden surprises" or emergency landscaping costs at the end of the season.

The "Asset Intelligence" Report
All our commercial contracts include a Bi-Annual Site Strategy Report (Spring & Autumn). This is where we provide the most value to Directors and Managers. We walk the site to identify:
Health & Safety Compliance: Highlighting potential hazards relating to the green spaces, e.g obscured signage, or lighting blocked by overgrown foliage.
Aesthetic Enhancements: Strategic suggestions to improve curb appeal and resident satisfaction.
Proactive Quoting: If we identify potential improvements, we provide a fixed-price, no obligation quote within the report.
This transparency allows you to manage liability and plan future budgets with total confidence. You aren't just hiring a maintenance crew; you are gaining an expert partner dedicated to protecting the long-term value of your property.
